Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

U.S. territories
International addresses

Custom Product Processing

Customized or personalized products require additional processing time.

5–7 business days for processing
3–5 business days for shipping after processing is completed

Orders are not processed or shipped on the following holidays:

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must include original packaging and accessories.
Order information or proof of purchase is required.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or refund solution.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in like-new condition.

Returns may be denied for items that are:

Damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Dented, scratched, or missing parts
Returned without original packaging
Returned after the 30-day return period

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns, including changes of mind or incorrect product selection.

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Igiloo Coolers will cover the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Replacements

We offer replacement orders for items that are:

Defective
Incorrectly shipped

Replacement items must be the same product and are subject to availability.
